What is LiveReport
Mailshell LiveReport provides up-to-date comprehensive
traffic reports on the emails the end-user is receiving.
LiveReport can easily be converted to plain text and conveniently
viewed by the end-user. In addition, LiveReport can be automatically
shared with the extensive Mailshell Community and/or other
security tools on the desktop.

Enable LiveReport
To enable LiveReports, the option "enable_stat_file"
should be set to "yes". By default, the option is enabled.
LiveReport files will be created in the configuration directory.
View LiveReport Locally
Mailshell provides a tool called stat_export
which will easily convert LiveReport files into plain text
for viewing. For more information on stat_export, click
here.
Share LiveReports
LiveReport can be shared with the Mailshell
Community and/or other security tools on the desktop. To
share LiveReports, the option "enable_stat_file_upload_thread"
should be set to "yes". By default, that option is enabled.

View Shared LiveReports
Mailshell plans to provide Web access to
shared LiveReports on our SpamIQ Web site. Here is a preview
of an example report.
